The general public, stakeholders, and all prospective partners are hereby formally notified that the Humanitarian Accelerated Programme (5HAP), purportedly operating under the auspices of the United Kingdom of Atlantis (UKA), is entirely distinct from and bears no affiliation whatsoever with the UKA 5 Billion Humanitarian Project.
For the avoidance of doubt, the UKA 5 Billion Humanitarian Project is operated by the United Kingdom of Atlantis (UKA) and maintains its own clearly defined structure, mandate, and authorised channels of engagement. Any claims, representations, or activities linking the 5HAP to this recognised project are misleading, unauthorised, and should be disregarded.
Accordingly, members of the public are strongly advised that any individual or entity choosing to engage, transact, or conduct business with the Humanitarian Accelerated Programme (5HAP) does so entirely at their own risk.
The UKA 5 Billion Humanitarian Project accepts no responsibility or liability for any dealings, commitments, or outcomes arising from such engagements.
We urge all concerned to exercise due diligence, verify all claims through official and credible sources, and remain vigilant against potential misrepresentation.
