The name ATC® is the exclusive intellectual property and officially registered trademark of UKA. As a legally protected trademark, ATC® represents the identity, vision, reputation, goodwill, and proprietary interests of UKA. All rights, titles, and interests associated with the ATC® name, brand, logo, and related representations are exclusively reserved by UKA.
UKA hereby notifies the general public, organizations, businesses, online communities, digital platforms, social media groups, WhatsApp groups, websites, internet-based services, and all other entities that the unauthorized use of the name ATC® is strictly prohibited.
Any reproduction, imitation, misrepresentation, promotion, publication, distribution, advertising, commercial exploitation, or use of the name ATC® without the prior written authorization of UKA may constitute trademark infringement and a violation of intellectual property rights. Such unauthorized activities may mislead the public, create confusion, dilute the value of the trademark, and unlawfully benefit from the reputation and goodwill associated with the ATC® brand.
OFFICIAL WARNING
Any individual, group, organization, company, platform, institution, or entity found using, displaying, promoting, advertising, or representing the name ATC® without proper authorization from UKA may be subject to legal proceedings and enforcement actions under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.
UKA reserves the full right to:
- Issue cease-and-desist notices to infringing parties.
- Seek injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use.
- Pursue legal claims for damages and financial compensation.
- Demand the immediate removal of infringing materials from websites, social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, publications, advertisements, and all other media channels.
- Take any additional legal measures necessary to protect the integrity and exclusivity of the ATC® trademark.
The public is hereby advised to verify the authenticity of any use of the name ATC® and to report any suspected unauthorized use to the appropriate UKA authorities.
