WHEREAS the United Kingdom of Atlantis operates under the Royal Charter and Constitution, with the mandate to preserve national identity, unity, and dignity;
AND WHEREAS ceremonial regalia serves as a visible expression of authority, culture, and the sacred trust between the Crown and the people;
NOW THEREFORE, I, Emperor Solomon Wining, Reigning Monarch of Atlantis, by the authority vested in me and by virtue of the Great Seal of the Kingdom, do hereby decree and proclaim:
Article 1: Adoption
The attire herein described as “UKA Dresses” is adopted as the official ceremonial dress for the Monarch, Royal Household, and designated state functions of the United Kingdom of Atlantis, effective immediately.
Article 2: Design Specifications
- Primary color shall be Royal Blue with Gold embroidery, paired with White trousers/waistcoat.
