This submission should include, but is not limited to:
Full organizational profile
Registration details and certification from UKA
Leadership and governance structure
Operational areas and ongoing projects
Contact information (Phone numbers) and office addresses

All concerned organizations are required to comply with this directive within the stipulated timeframe to ensure proper coordination, transparency, and alignment with national humanitarian objectives.
