A strong directive has been issued from the Throne of Atlantis to all officials, international and national groups, global banking sectors, and citizens of the United Kingdom of Atlantis (UKA), following reports of alleged unauthorised sales and irregular transactions involving ATC coins.
Base on the above instructions, the following ATC account holders:

have been officially frozen by the Government pending investigation and regulatory review.
This action was taken pursuant to applicable financial compliance regulations and digital asset monitoring protocols governing ATC transactions. The freeze is a precautionary measure to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to national financial standards.
The account holders are hereby informed that they retains the right to contact the UKA , the Royal Bank of UKA for further clarification.
According to the royal decree, any individual who bought ATC must provide their teller and official receipt issued at the point of transaction, along with the full contact details of the person who sold the coin. Failure to produce these documents, the Throne states, will result in the forfeiture of the coin without further consideration.
The decree further notes that numerous complaints have reached the Throne, particularly from parts of Africa, including Nigeria, where it is alleged that up to 80 per cent of ATC holders claim to have purchased the coin through unauthorised channels.
The Throne emphasised that protests or objections without documentary evidence will not be entertained. Individuals with verifiable proof are advised to present their evidence formally, while those seeking legal redress are encouraged to pursue their claims through the appropriate courts of law.
The directive has been described as a decisive move aimed at restoring order, transparency and accountability within the Atlantis financial structure.
